At EVO, you and your customer’s privacy comes first. We don’t process/sell any of your data, no matter if it is personal or not, beyond your usage of the software. This privacy policy will explain how our organization uses you and your customers’ personal data when you use our newest product, EVO Dynamics. The policy adheres to the GDPR of the EU and the California Consumer Privacy Act of the United States in their entirety.

Our company collects the following information

• Contact information- We ask clients provide their email address and primary phone number in order to ease communication
• Username and password (EVO Dynamics account)- In order to access the software, change its settings, and see its visualizations, you will need to create an account. When you create an account we may collect your username and password
  • Usernames are moderated and passwords are encrypted to adhere to anonymous data collection
• Conversational data- All conversational data collected from your conversations between your customers and the connected AI and its Channels, will be used for the analytics and reports generated by EVO Dynamics.

Right to Access

We only collect data that is necessary to our services. Other than your login information and some additional identification details, the data collected from your customers as all that we collect. We use your information with the main goal of providing service to you

• We commit to using your information and that of your customers to create and organize the graphics and visualizations which come from our data analysis.
• The information of your customers may also be used to provide marketing recommendations and
• The information of your customers is at any time available and can be deleted upon requests from our servers or sent back to you CRM

How we protect and store your information

We take actions to protect your Personal Information and the personal information from your customers from unauthorized access and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, and damage

• We will keep your personal information and the personal information from your customers only for as long as we need and as long as data protection and privacy legislation allows
• Your password allows you access the features of EVO Dynamics and the information it analyzes privately
  • You are responsible for keeping this password confidential

• Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and, although we will take steps to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your information via the website. Any transmission is therefore at your own risk

Data Storage:

• We use AWS Cloud Platform as hosting partner.
• Chinese data is stored exclusively on Chinese servers, non-Chinese data is stored on non-Chinese servers.
• Your data is stored world-wide. But, no matter what location it’s in, your data is always protected according to European GDPR standards since these standards are the most comprehensive in nature.

How we use cookies, log files, and/or tracking

• Cookies- Cookies are pieces of data that sites and services can set on your device to be read in the future. We use cookies and similar techniques to keep track of your login sessions and notifications. That’s it.
• We do not use third party tools to collect information about your use of our services on our website.

Opt Out Policy

Opting out of certain aspects and service of EVO Creations is simple

• Third Party Marketing- As noted above, we do not disclose your information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Therefore, this is not a privacy concern you need to have. • Emails- To opt out of our email, contact messages, or blog updates, simply hit the unsubscribe button or reply to the email you would like to unsubscribe and are no longer interested in receiving emails
• The Product- Opting out of the product is a more complex process. However, if you decide to opt out, simply email legal@evocreations.com or reply to one of our emails/messages. Please keep in mind that opting out from collecting your data and that of your customers for data processing and analysis will not allow us to generate any reports or data visualizations. Before opting out, please contact us via email to discuss your security concerns.

Right to be Forgotten

When you opt out of EVO Creations, all your data will be deleted from the production system immediately. Within 6 weeks it will also be gone from all our backups. This is how we adhere to your right to be forgotten.

Updates and Data Breach Notifications

This Privacy Policy is subject to updates and changes as necessary. You can expect Privacy Policy Update Notices outlining these updates as they arise. You will also be notified if there are any data breaches in our system. We have done our best to create a system that prevents breaches, but should there be one, trust you will know soon after
